The distinctive "Chicken Road" name, logo, and overall neo-brutalist aesthetic are our trademarks.

5. User Content

Some areas of the Service may allow users to post or upload content such as comments, photos, or other materials ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your User Content in connection with the Service and our (and our successors' and affiliates') business, including for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service.
